TERMS & CONDITIONS
SYVENDE AB, 559246-7020 (the company that makes Syvênde Swimwear, referred to as SYVENDE in this documents) reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. By placing an order at syvendeswimwear.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parent’s permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions, which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Syvendeswimwear.com for the sale and supply of any products.
CONFIRMATION
We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact our customer service.
PAYMENT
All products remain SYVENDE’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs are recognized before purchase confirmation is made. All transfers conducted through Syvendeswimwear.com are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. You can choose to pay with Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover and other credit cards. You can also pay using Pay Pal, Apple Pay or use Klarna solituions (slice etc.).
PRICES AND TAXES
Prices include Swedish VAT at 25 % on all sales within Sweden and the EU. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
Delivery time is normally 3-7 working days from the day your order was placed. Go to PAYMENT, PACKAGING & SHIPPING for more information. We ship worldwide.
LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
NON PICKED UP GOODS
If SYVENDE receives packages that have not been collected by the customer, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment back to us. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment of the order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
SYVENDE offers all our customers 30 days easy exchanges and returns on all our swimwear (except goods on sale). See exchanges & returns for more information. RETURNS FOR EU COUNTRIES ONLY, NO RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EU.
INFORMATION ON THE SITE
We do not guarantee that the content of the Site is at all-time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither do we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. SYVENDE may at any time change the content of the Site.
COLORS
We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Syvendeswimwear.com. If there are color differences between the colors shown on the website on your computer and the actual colors of the items, this may be due to the color reproduction on your computer.
LIABILITY
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this Contract is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. SYVENDE is not responsible for any indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage.
GOVERNING LAW
The Terms and Conditions as well as all disputes and claims arising hereof and of using or shopping on the Site shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal rights and/or requirements for you. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of the Site. Please note that local charges may occur.

FORCE MAJEURE
Events outside our control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that is released from our obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Personal Data
Syvende is responsible for processing the personal data you provide us with, such as your name, address, personal ID number, telephone and mobile number, and e-mail address. We will process your personal data in order to be able to manage your purchases, for marketing purposes via, for instance, electronic communication services, and to develop our products and services. Your personal data may be shared with companies both within and outside Europe.
Your personal data may therefore be forwarded to and stored on Shopify or Google’s servers, which are located throughout the world.
