CAN I BUY JUST A BIKINI TOP OR BOTTOM?

Yes, each piece is sold separately. We come in all different sizes and shapes, and the Syvênde Swimwear collections are designed with that in mind so that you can mix and match tops and bottoms to find the perfect fit for you. <3

HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST?

Nothing. Free shipping within Sweden!

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can check the current status of your shipment.

WHEN WILL I HAVE MY SYVÊNDE SWIMWEAR?

Normally within 3-7 business days if not sooner. Please see PAYMENT, PACKAGING & SHIPPING.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES?

Prices include Swedish VAT at 25 % on all sales within Sweden and the EU. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

HOW LONG TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SYVÊNDE SWIMWEAR?

We will accept returns and exchanges on all our pieces within 30 days (RETURNS FOR EU COUNTRIES ONLY, NO RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EU). The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Please see our exchange & returns policy.
